FIFA announced the list of referees to work in World Cup 2018 in Russia.
For the first time since 1938 there will be no referees from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Mark Clattenburg worked in Euro-2016 final, but then left England to work in Saudi Arabia. Football association tried to replace Clattenburg but got rejection from FIFA.
These news seem shocking as England was the nation to represent most referees in the history of World Cup final matches.
