Arsenal star William Saliba is expected to return to Arsenal training only at the end of June or at the beginning of July, according to the latest report by RMC Sport.
The Gunners' star has established himself as a key player in Mikel Arteta's squad in the ongoing 2022/23 campaign. Unfortunately for the team, he picked a back injury during the club's Europa League clash with Sporting Lisbon and had to be sidelined for a long term.
The French professional's absence saw Arsenal losing crucial points in their run for the Premier League title, with the club now desperately trying to do their best sitting in 2nd place in the domestic league, four points behind the new leaders, Manchester City.
Arsenal will have to find new motivation to have an even greater spell next season as they will be looking to mark successful results not only in the domestic competitions but also in the Champions League. Saliba's return to action and new squad additions during the summer transfer window will definitely be part of Mikel Arteta's plans.
